B@B / From conversation to completion

How we work

First we understand the task. Then we find its form and build it with care — from the first conversation to launch and handover.

A website link or a few words about your task is enough to begin. Include your country, preferred communication language and time zone. We will then clarify the materials, stages and budget.

Getting to know you

We discuss what you do, what you want to change and which materials you already have. A few words about your idea are enough to begin. We ask questions, help set priorities and identify the next step.

Agreeing the work

We prepare a clear plan: what we will create, what you will receive, how much it will cost and when it will be ready. We agree the stages, materials and your involvement. If the task needs more detailed investigation first, we discuss that work and its terms in advance.

Sharing and reviewing

We share the work in stages, explain our proposals and gather your feedback. For a website, we prepare a separate version you can open and try. We explain what is ready. We get your agreement before publishing or changing your live website.

Checking and handing over

We check the agreed pages and interactions on phones and computers, and correct anything that falls short of the plan. We hand over the agreed files, instructions and access details. We explain how to use the work and update the content. The plan and contract specify the handover materials in advance.

What it costs

The price depends on the work: the number of pages or materials, what is already prepared and the features you need. After discussing the task, we prepare a proposal and agree the cost before starting.

  • Our work. Content preparation, design, development and checks within the agreed scope.
  • Service costs. For a website, these include its domain name, hosting and any services it needs. We explain costs, payment and renewals in advance.
  • Further work. We discuss new tasks and ongoing support separately.

If you do not yet know what budget you will need, let us know. We will start with your task and the possible scope of work.

Common questions

What should I prepare?

Share what you have: a description of your business, a website link, written content, photographs or a logo. Together, we will identify what is missing and who will prepare it. We will agree a practical feedback process, including when you review the work and send your comments.

Can I update the website myself?

Before starting, we discuss what you want to change yourself: text, photographs or products. We choose a way to make updates and include the necessary features in the plan. We explain how to use them and which changes will need our help.

What if new ideas come up?

We discuss them and explain how they affect the cost and schedule. We start additional work once it is agreed. If the result falls short of the approved plan, we correct it as part of the project.

What happens after launch?

We agree bug fixes and ongoing support in advance: what the project includes, how updates and backups will work, and what needs a separate support arrangement. We discuss new pages, features and content as needed.

Full terms, handover arrangements and rights to the work are set out in “Working terms”.

Technical search readiness

Where applicable, development includes HTML structure and headings, titles and descriptions for agreed pages, a sitemap, robots.txt, canonical URLs, mobile layouts, crawler access to key pages and accurate structured data. We connect Yandex Webmaster and Google Search Console when the required access is provided.

We do not sell advertising campaigns, ongoing SEO, link buying or guaranteed rankings. We prepare the site technically and review its search launch.

The first 90 days

WhenWhat we do
Launch dayTechnical checks and connection to search tools.
Day 14Check discovery and crawling of key pages.
Day 30Review indexing and technical errors.
Day 60Repeat checks and fix confirmed errors in our work.
Day 90Provide a final report and recommendations.

The 90-day period covers observation and technical checks. Search engines decide when to crawl and index pages. We do not promise complete indexing, traffic or rankings within that period. We share findings and fix confirmed errors in our work. Afterwards, you can manage promotion yourself or appoint an SEO specialist.

What you receive at handover

The contract defines the handover package. For a website, it provides for:

  • The working website in its agreed configuration.
  • Administrative access and agreed source files and code.
  • An explanation of the structure and important components.
  • Instructions for updating content yourself.
  • Domain, hosting, renewal, third-party service and licence information.
  • The agreed backup arrangements.
  • Search-readiness results, warranty terms and maintenance recommendations.

Our technical standard is understandable, maintainable code without unnecessary dependencies or artificial restrictions on access to your project. We use CMS platforms, libraries and plugins where they serve the task. The contract distinguishes rights to commissioned work, pre-existing developments and third-party components.

Website warranty and maintenance

Control stays with you

Your website.
Your digital asset.

We create websites, catalogues, digital models and content for your business. At completion, we hand over the agreed files, access and documentation. Rights to original commissioned work are set out in the contract.

Your project remains a working tool, whether you continue with us or choose another specialist. There is no mandatory maintenance subscription.

The contract defines the materials and rights included in the handover. Third-party software, plugins, fonts, photographs and other materials remain subject to their own licences and permissions.

How handover works

Tools and responsibility

We use modern tools, including AI and automation, where they help us work more efficiently and accurately. People remain responsible for the content, character and quality of each project.

We welcome enquiries and consider projects from clients in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

We work remotely, so the conversation can begin wherever you are. We create and improve websites, catalogues and custom digital solutions. We agree the scope, timing, contract terms and an available payment method before the project begins.

Contract, payment and project handover

The service provider is Maksim Blinov, an individual using Russia’s professional income tax scheme (NPD). Before starting, we agree the scope and price, verify an available payment route and prepare a contract with the parties’ actual details. Currency and bank charges are agreed in advance; an NPD receipt is issued under the applicable procedure.

At completion, we hand over the agreed files, access and documentation. The contract defines the rights transferred, with authorship and third-party licences respected. For international work, tax, currency and possible local requirements must be checked against the particular contract.
