B@B / Working terms

Contract & working terms

Before we start, we define the task and record our agreement. You know who you are working with and what you will receive.

Who you work with

Your service provider is Maksim Blinov, a self-employed professional registered under Russia’s professional income tax scheme (NPD). Russian taxpayer identification number: 780419580568.

Before work begins, we agree the task and terms and enter into a contract. An NPD tax receipt is issued for payment.

This status is stated on the basis of information provided by the service provider. Check NPD status (in Russian) ↗

A contract for your project

The contract and project brief are prepared for your particular project. Before work begins, you can review the deliverables, payment terms and handover arrangements. Changes to the scope are agreed separately.

We record the scope and deliverables, stages, fees, payment arrangements, timing, approvals, client materials, acceptance and changes to the brief. Rights and licences, access handover, confidentiality, termination and support are agreed separately.

We distinguish work created for your project from pre-existing work and third-party components. We discuss the use of client materials, AI and confidential information before those materials are shared. Portfolio use and a B@B credit or link are agreed separately.

This link opens your email app. The website does not send the email for you. If no email app is configured, write to the address shown here.

An enquiry starts a conversation

Completing the form does not enter you into a contract, approve a project brief or place an order. It helps you introduce your business and start a discussion.

The ‘Prepare message’ button assembles your answers on your device. You can then review and copy the text, open it in your email app, or send your enquiry through the website after giving separate consent to the processing of your personal data.

‘Send from website’ sends the form data to the server and receives a response from the mail handler. This does not guarantee delivery to an inbox, so please keep a copy of your enquiry. With ‘Open email app’, you still need to send the message from your own email app. You can also copy the text.

Enquiries sent through the website are transmitted over HTTPS for delivery to the studio’s email address. Their content is not stored in WordPress database tables. Received emails may be retained by email systems. Details of processing, its purposes and how to withdraw consent are given in our personal data information.

We welcome enquiries and consider projects from clients in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

We work remotely, so the conversation can begin wherever you are. We create and improve websites, catalogues and custom digital solutions. We agree the scope, timing, contract terms and an available payment method before the project begins.

Contract, payment and project handover

The service provider is Maksim Blinov, an individual using Russia’s professional income tax scheme (NPD). Before starting, we agree the scope and price, verify an available payment route and prepare a contract with the parties’ actual details. Currency and bank charges are agreed in advance; an NPD receipt is issued under the applicable procedure.

At completion, we hand over the agreed files, access and documentation. The contract defines the rights transferred, with authorship and third-party licences respected. For international work, tax, currency and possible local requirements must be checked against the particular contract.
