Website warranty and maintenance
A clear handover, contractual warranty and scheduled maintenance without a mandatory subscription.
We build websites you can manage independently, with no mandatory monthly maintenance fee or dependence on the original developer.
Our main work is creating new projects. Scheduled maintenance gives you a way to check your website periodically, much like a vehicle service: an agreed inspection, appropriate preventive work and a record of its condition.
Website warranty
12 months of contractual warranty for the agreed development deliverables. The proposed starting point is project acceptance; the contract defines the precise terms. We remedy confirmed defects in our work under the contract and applicable law, without charging them to paid maintenance.
- Warranty defect: a function we built does not meet the agreed brief because of a defect in our work.
- Additional work: a new page, feature, design, integration or change to the original brief.
- External fault: damage caused by changes to code, settings or infrastructure by others, where a causal connection is established.
Declining paid maintenance or appointing another specialist does not, by itself, end the warranty. B@B is not automatically responsible for damage caused by others. Your statutory rights concerning original defects remain unaffected, including rights that may apply beyond the contractual warranty period.
Scheduled maintenance
Maintenance 1 — Basic
5 900–8 900 ₽ per service
For small websites, landing pages and portfolios.
Indicative planned effort: 2–3 hours.
- Website and key-page availability.
- Domain and SSL status.
- Creation of a backup and a check that it can be accessed.
- Key links and navigation.
- The enquiry form.
- A sample of mobile pages.
- Identification of obvious errors.
- A concise maintenance report.
Maintenance 2 — Extended
10 900–17 900 ₽ per service
For multi-page company websites.
Indicative planned effort: 4–6 hours.
- Everything in Maintenance 1.
- Review of WordPress and active components where used.
- Checks for known security issues.
- Suitable, compatible updates after a backup.
- Key user journeys, speed and common loading errors.
- Technical SEO: sitemap, robots.txt and canonical URLs.
- Key issues in Yandex Webmaster and Google Search Console, with authorised access.
- A detailed maintenance report and recommendations.
Maintenance 3 — Catalogue and shop
19 900–34 900 ₽ per service
For catalogues, shops and websites with additional functionality.
Indicative planned effort: 7–12 hours.
- Everything in Maintenance 2.
- A sample of categories and product pages.
- Search and filters.
- Enquiry forms or ordering workflows.
- Agreed integrations using defined test scenarios.
- Technical checks on a sample of product pages.
- The 3D viewer, where installed and included in the agreed scope.
- A detailed report and development priorities.
What the price covers
- Each service is a one-off procedure with its scope and final price agreed in advance.
- The range does not cover unlimited work. The hours indicate expected effort, not a prepaid balance for future changes.
- Major repairs and recovery from damaged infrastructure are outside the basic service.
- If an update is unsafe or incompatible, we record the issue and propose a separate solution.
- New features, additional pages, content entry and redesign are quoted separately.
- Complex industrial systems, bulk imports, large collections of 3D models and custom integrations require an individual maintenance scope.
- Licences, domain, hosting and third-party services are paid separately unless the contract states otherwise.
- The report distinguishes completed checks from checks not performed. Backup availability does not mean that restoring from it has been tested.
When to schedule a service
- Static website: approximately once a year.
- WordPress website: approximately every 3–6 months.
- Active catalogue or shop: approximately once a quarter.
Critical security updates may be needed sooner. At launch, we provide for available automatic backups and notifications within the agreed scope. This is not a promise of free round-the-clock monitoring.
Your maintenance report
After the service, you receive a dated record of checks, backups, updates and functional tests. It lists issues, urgent and planned recommendations, optional improvements, a separate preliminary estimate for additional work and the recommended next service date.
