Catalogues & digital systems

We help people find what they need among thousands of products, recordings or documents. We connect data, images and search so that interest in a particular object can lead naturally to an enquiry.

When you need a project like this

A company has thousands of products with codes and technical documentation. A collector has individual items, photographs, descriptions and a connection to a marketplace. A team has an archive that is hard to search. In these cases, an attractive homepage alone is not enough.

What we do

  • We study the existing data: products, series, documents, photographs and how the information is updated.
  • We bring categories, item pages, specifications and information sources together in a clear structure.
  • We design ways to search, browse, compare and get in touch.
  • We discuss integrations and automation only where they help the work and can be maintained.

What you receive

An agreed catalogue model, working pages and features, and instructions for updates, within the project’s defined scope. We do not promise a universal AI search solution without first assessing the data and the specific task.

What materials can you bring?

An Excel spreadsheet, an existing website, folders of photographs, descriptions and technical documents. You do not need to fit everything into a new template beforehand: we first review a small set of records, establish which information is verified and how the files relate to one another. We then agree the structure and migration process. We do not invent missing specifications.

Two examples, two different approaches

MZHBI: an industrial catalogue with documentation, interactive 3D and digital identification of its materials. DIRAC SEA: musical connections, original essays, a collection and an archive.

Working with an existing catalogue

We start with a review: which data is reliable, where connections break down and which queries go unanswered. Sometimes improving the links and content is more useful than replacing the interface.

Who updates the catalogue after launch?

Before development, we agree who will add records and where the source data will be stored. We choose manual editing, spreadsheet imports or a connection to another system to suit that process. The agreed scope includes instructions and a practical test of an update. Support after launch is discussed separately.

What we discuss separately

We assess large-scale data cleaning, document digitisation, photograph processing and integrations with accounting systems or marketplaces after reviewing the materials. We agree the scope, access, external service restrictions and any potential charges in advance: they are not automatically included in every catalogue project.

How to start

Tell us what you do and what you would like to change. You do not need a finished specification: we will help define the task and suggest the next step. We agree the schedule and cost before work begins.

Scope and costs

These price ranges cover an agreed standard scope. We agree the final price, deliverables and number of revision stages before the project begins. Custom engineering systems, non-standard integrations and bulk work are quoted separately. Domain names, hosting, licences and third-party services are agreed separately and included in the estimate only when explicitly listed.

Product catalogue

20 000 000–40 400 000 soʻmScope and terms +

For a manufacturer, supplier or collection whose visitors need to find an item, review its specifications and make an enquiry.

Typical scope

One agreed product-page model, categories, a specification structure, search and an agreed set of filters. The estimate defines initial manual content entry, documents and filters. Online payment is outside this scope.

Included

  • Plan categories, product pages, specifications and document links.
  • Set up search, agreed filtering and product enquiry forms.
  • Provide a way to update the catalogue, a mobile layout and a search-friendly technical structure.

You receive

A catalogue that helps visitors find an item, understand it and enquire about it.

What affects the price

The price depends on data structure, product-page types, filters and the condition of source material.

Quoted separately

Bulk imports, data cleaning, advanced filters, 3D, stock systems and other integrations are quoted separately.

Online shop

25 800 000–47 300 000 soʻmScope and terms +

For a project that needs an agreed journey from product selection to placing an order.

Typical scope

A catalogue, basket, checkout, product management and agreed notifications. Scope and technical feasibility are established after assessment; the range covers an agreed basic ordering workflow.

Included

  • Define the product structure and ordering workflow.
  • Design the catalogue, basket, checkout and product management.
  • Test agreed notifications, mobile use and the handover.

You receive

A shop with an agreed and tested ordering workflow. External services are connected only after their conditions have been checked.

What affects the price

The price depends on the assortment, product variants, order rules and selected platform.

Quoted separately

Payments, delivery, fiscal receipts, stock and accounting systems require separate assessment of availability and connection terms.
