B@B / Maksim Blinov’s independent studio
Brand identity & content
We identify what makes your business distinctive and express it through clear content, credible examples and a recognisable visual language.
Where we begin
We get to know the people, objects, words, photographs, habits and qualities your customers value. We do not impose a style before we understand the material and the task.
What we do
- We help decide who you are speaking to, what you want to say, what to keep and what to rethink.
- We develop a visual direction through typography, colour, composition and the use of images.
- We plan the copy, captions, content and the order in which people discover your project.
- We prepare the agreed materials and guidance for their future use.
What you receive
An agreed direction grounded in your project, ready to use in a new website or an update to an existing one. We agree the scope of brand materials in advance: print, packaging and other applications are not automatically included.
Content. The structure of your story, copy for the selected pages and captions: what people should understand about your business and which next step to offer them.
Visual language. Agreed principles for typography, colour, composition and photography, demonstrated on actual pages, rather than only through a collection of references.
Materials. We define the list of finished texts, layouts and usage guidelines before work begins. New photography, illustrations and additional applications are discussed separately.
How this shaped our work
For Lilia Blinova’s project photographs and people’s stories formed the foundation. For DIRAC SEA it was the record collection, the objects and the culture of listening. For MZHBI it was the accuracy of engineering data and the organisation of a complex catalogue.
In DIRAC SEA, this approach runs from the homepage to each record page: photographs of the real room set the mood, musical stories provide context, and photographs of the actual copy help visitors examine the object. The case study shows both the visual solution and the catalogue structure: the visual identity is inseparable from what visitors can do.
You can start small
Sometimes reworking the first few pages and their copy is enough. Sometimes a complete system is needed. We suggest the scope after learning about your task.
For an initial conversation, a website link or a few materials, a short description of your audience and what is not working for you are enough. Tell us what matters to preserve: the name, photographs, tone of voice or particular design elements.
Scope and costs
These price ranges cover an agreed standard scope. We agree the final price, deliverables and number of revision stages before the project begins. Custom engineering systems, non-standard integrations and bulk work are quoted separately. Domain names, hosting, licences and third-party services are agreed separately and included in the estimate only when explicitly listed.

What affects the price
The price depends on source material, copy volume and the number of formats required.
