Personal Data Consent
Please read this document before sending an enquiry.
I voluntarily consent to Maksim Nikolaevich Blinov (self-employed professional operating as B@B, taxpayer ID 780419580568) processing the information I submit through the form at bdogb.ru or its /en/ section.
Information and purpose
My contact method, contact details and project description; optionally my name, materials, links, references, timing and budget. The purpose is to consider and answer my enquiry, clarify the task and prepare an individual proposal. This consent does not cover advertising, optional analytics or publication of my data or project.
Processing and transmission
The operator may receive, record, store, update, use, restrict, erase and destroy the necessary data, and transmit it to technical service providers to deliver the enquiry, automatically or manually. “Send from website” transmits the information over HTTPS to the server and then to hello@bdogb.ru. The handler does not save enquiry content in WordPress database tables; messages and replies may remain in work correspondence. Preparing or copying text does not submit it through the website.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the enquiry purpose has been fulfilled or I withdraw it, unless another lawful ground applies. I may request withdrawal, correction or erasure at hello@bdogb.ru, supplying enough information to find the enquiry. Where a contract or legal obligation applies, the necessary information may be retained on that ground.
Active confirmation
After reading this document and the Privacy Policy, I actively tick the separate, initially unticked checkbox and select “Send from website”. The email records the server time, source, submission ID and document versions. Visiting the website or opening this page does not give consent. Copying text and using my own email app remain available independently of the checkbox.
